Jinshan students reaped two golds in the 2017 World Educational Robot Contest held in Los Angeles in late September.

The district's robotics school league competed against over 200 participants in 63 teams and won the top three prizes in the junior high group and the top two places in the senior high group.

The WER is a global competition that aims to promote robotics education in primary and middle schools. Each year, over 500,000 students from 30 countries sign up for the event.

Jinshan has been sending students to the contest for four consecutive years, winning a total of more than 90 awards at different levels.
